    Signs your dentures need attention

    • They slip when you eat or talk
    • You’re using more adhesive than you used to
    • Sore spots or gum irritation
    • Cracks, chips or a missing tooth
    • Clicking or trouble chewing

Tired of Loose Dentures? Consider Implant Dentures

Traditional dentures rest on your gums. After teeth are lost, the jawbone gradually shrinks, so dentures loosen and need relining again and again. Dental implants anchor your denture in place and help preserve the jawbone.

Denture Stabilization: Keep Your Current Dentures

In many cases, your existing dentures can be retrofitted to snap onto as few as two implants. You can stop using adhesive, your denture stops slipping, and you keep the denture you already have. The entire procedure can be done in our office. Learn about denture stabilization.

    Implant-Supported Dentures

A new denture designed to attach securely to dental implants, either as a snap-in denture you remove for cleaning or as a fixed denture. The more implants used, the more stable the denture. Depending on your case, we may be able to eliminate the plate that covers the roof of your mouth.

    Missing just a few teeth?

Instead of a new partial denture, ask about single dental implants, implant-supported bridges or a dental bridge.

    Denture FAQs

Do you still make traditional dentures?

No. We no longer start new conventional full or partial denture cases. We continue to repair, reline and adjust existing dentures, and for new tooth replacement we offer implant-supported dentures.

Can you repair dentures I got from another dentist?

Yes. We repair and reline dentures regardless of where they were made.

How long does a denture repair take?

It depends on the repair. A minor adjustment is different from a cracked base or a reline. We’ll examine your denture and give you a timeline before any work begins.

Can my current dentures be converted to implant dentures?

Often, yes. Denture stabilization can secure your existing denture with as few as two implants, depending on the condition of the denture and your jawbone. We’ll evaluate both at your consultation.

I’ve worn dentures for years. Can I still get implants?

Many long-term denture wearers can. If bone has been lost, bone grafting can rebuild it, and 3D imaging shows exactly what your case requires.

How much do implant dentures cost?

Cost depends on the number of implants and the type of denture. You’ll receive a personalized estimate after your exam, and financing is available.
