
G. Michael Maitre Jr., DMD
A true native Mobilian, Dr. Michael Maitre, Jr. has spent his entire life embedded in the local community. He attended UMS-Wright Preparatory School for 13 years before heading to Tuscaloosa to graduate from the University of Alabama. He then earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 1992. Continuing Education is priority and he has recently completed a comprehensive implant residency and is licensed for oral sedation. Bringing over three decades of trusted clinical experience to the chair, Dr. Maitre is highly regarded for his conservative, patient-first approach to general and preventative family care. To ensure his patients always receive the highest standard of modern advancements, he maintains active memberships in both the American Dental Association and the Alabama Dental Association.
Deeply committed to giving back, Dr. Maitre proudly dedicates his time to the practice’s outreach initiatives, providing consultation and pro-bono dental care to underserved members of the Mobile community. He also remains passionate about supporting the future of dental education, having funded a legacy room dedication at the UAB School of Dentistry in honor of his father’s lifelong service to the profession.
Dr. Maitre remains passionately involved in supporting Mobile’s local growth, civic programs, and community traditions.

Forrest G. Crabtree, DMD, FAGD
Dr. Forrest Crabtree is a native Mobilian who began practicing dentistry in his hometown in 2005. After completing his undergraduate studies at Samford University, he earned his dental degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry (UAB). In 2019, Dr. Crabtree achieved his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD)—a prestigious award requiring over 500 hours of rigorous continuing education and a comprehensive clinical exam, achieved by less than 7% of dentists nationwide. Specializing in complex restorative dentistry and full-mouth rehabilitations, Dr. Crabtree is licensed for oral sedation and has completed an intensive Comprehensive Implant Residency Program at The Foundry in Birmingham/Bessemer, mastering advanced surgical placement and bone grafting.Deeply committed to public service, Dr. Crabtree regularly provides pro-bono dental care to the residents of Wilmer Hall Children’s Home and the Victory Health Clinic. He has been married to his wife, Kelly, since 2002 and they have three children. An active member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, Dr. Crabtree is also an self-proclaimed, obsessive “golf dork” in his spare time.

Megan Jackson, DMD
Originally from Montgomery, Dr. Megan Jackson has proudly made Mobile her home while delivering exceptional, compassionate, and patient-focused dentistry. She attended Auburn University, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, finishing in the top 10 percent of her graduating class. Dr. Jackson excels at combining modern dental technology with personal empathy to create a relaxed, stress-free environment for families. She is passionate about staying on the leading edge of modern procedures to ensure gentle, highly efficient treatments for patients of all ages.Dr. Jackson is married to John Jackson, a native Mobilian. Together, they love cooking, playing tennis, and spending time with their son and their two golden retrievers, Lady and Divot. They are active members of the local community and St. Ignatius Church.
